الترخيص
يمنحك Swivo ترخيصًا شخصيًا غير حصري لاستخدام التطبيق على أجهزتك وفق شروط المتجر الذي نزّلته منه (اتفاقية الترخيص القياسية لـ Apple أو شروط Google Play).
التجربة المجانية والشراء
يمكنك ترتيب أو حذف أول 30 صورة مجانًا. لفتح الاستخدام غير المحدود تدفع مرة واحدة عبر المتجر، بدون اشتراك أو رسوم متكررة. تُدار المبالغ المستردة عبر Apple أو Google وفق سياساتهما.
الحذف والتعديل على صورك
التطبيق ينقل صورك إلى الألبومات ويحذفها فقط عندما تطلب ذلك. على iPhone وعلى Android 11 وأحدث تبقى الصور المحذوفة في سلة النظام نحو 30 يومًا، أما على Android 10 فالحذف نهائي بعد تأكيدك. أنت مسؤول عن مراجعة الصور قبل حذفها والاحتفاظ بنسخ احتياطية لما يهمك.
إخلاء المسؤولية
يُقدَّم التطبيق «كما هو» دون ضمانات. لا نتحمل مسؤولية فقدان البيانات أو أي ضرر غير مباشر ناتج عن استخدامه، في حدود ما يسمح به القانون.

License
Swivo grants you a personal, non-exclusive license to use the app on your devices under the terms of the store you downloaded it from (Apple's Standard License Agreement or the Google Play Terms of Service).
Free trial and purchase
You can sort or delete your first 30 photos for free. Unlimited use is unlocked with a one-time purchase through the store, with no subscription or recurring fees. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.
Changes to your photos
The app moves photos into albums and deletes them only when you ask it to. On iPhone and Android 11+ deleted photos stay in the system trash for about 30 days; on Android 10 deletion is permanent after you confirm. You are responsible for reviewing photos before deleting them and for keeping backups of what matters to you.
