Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 2, 2026
We do not collect any personal data. Swivo runs entirely on your device and has no server. It contains no ads, trackers or analytics.
Your photos
The app asks for access to your photo library to show your photos, sort them, file them into albums and delete the ones you choose. All of this happens on your device only; no photo or information about it leaves the device. Duplicate detection also runs on the device.
What is stored on your device
Your settings (language and appearance), the list of photos in the app's trash, album order, and how many free photos you have used. This data stays on your device and can be erased from Settings → Delete account & data.
Purchases
Purchases are handled by the App Store or Google Play. We never receive payment details; the store only tells the app whether the full version is active on your account.
Network connections
- Downloading the app's font from Google Fonts on first launch.
- On iPhone: checking the App Store for a newer version of the app.
- Talking to the app store to complete or restore a purchase.
None of these include your photos or personal data.
Children
The app is suitable for everyone and collects no data from any user, including children.
