By using the “Masareef” app, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for your personal purposes on your devices.

2. Nature of the service

“Masareef” is a tool to help you organize your expenses and budget. It is not financial or accounting advice. You are responsible for your financial decisions and the accuracy of the data you enter.

3. Paid subscription (Masareef Premium)

• “Masareef Premium” is a yearly auto-renewable subscription, processed through your Apple account.
• Payment is charged at confirmation and renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends.
• You can manage or cancel anytime in your App Store account settings.
• Core features remain free; the subscription unlocks additional features.

4. Account & responsibility

Sign-in is optional. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for using the app lawfully without abuse or attempts to compromise it.

5. Disclaimer

The app is provided “as is” without warranties. We are not liable for any financial loss or damages resulting from using the app or relying on its data.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the subscription in the last 12 months.

7. Termination

You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time. We may suspend access upon violation of these terms.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait.
