We respect your privacy in the “Masareef” app. This policy explains what data we collect, and how we use and protect it.

1. Data we collect

• Your financial data (salary, expenses, goals, wallets): stored on your device. When you sign in, it is synced to your cloud account so you can access it across devices.
• Account data (optional): if you sign in via Email, Google, or Apple, we keep your email and account ID to enable sync.
• Anonymous usage data: a random device ID and aggregate activity metrics (active-user counts) to improve the app — not linked to your identity.
• Notifications: a push token (FCM) to deliver alerts.

2. How we use data

• To run the app's features and sync your data across devices.
• To send reminders and notifications you enabled.
• To understand overall performance and improve the app (aggregate stats only).

3. Data sharing

We do not sell your data or share it for advertising. We use trusted service providers only to operate the app:

• Google Firebase (authentication, database, notifications, analytics).
• Apple for subscription and payment processing.

4. Deleting your account & data

You can delete your account and all your data at any time from within the app (Settings → Account → Delete account), or by emailing us below. This permanently removes your account and cloud data.

5. Data security

We use encrypted connections and strict access controls. Each user can access only their own data.

6. Children

The app is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

7. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time and will post changes on this page with an updated date.
